Steel Roofing Sheet
Our corrugated steel sheets, also known as profiled steel sheets or corrugated roofing panels, are manufactured by roll-forming galvanized steel coils or pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI) coils into various wave or trapezoidal profiles. This cold-formed process enhances the structural strength of the flat steel sheet, giving it excellent load-bearing capacity and rigidity while remaining lightweight and easy to handle.
Available in two main types: galvanized corrugated sheets (hot-dip galvanized for superior corrosion resistance, ideal for humid or highly corrosive environments) and pre-painted corrugated sheets (PPGI) (color-coated for both decoration and weather resistance). Common thicknesses range from 0.12mm to 1.2mm, with widths typically between 600mm and 1250mm, and customizable lengths to meet project requirements. The corrugated design not only provides enhanced structural integrity but also offers effective water drainage and heat insulation. Widely used in industrial and civil construction, warehouses, agricultural greenhouses, gymnasiums, exhibition halls, garages, and as roofing, wall cladding, and interior/exterior decoration panels. With easy installation, long service life (15-30 years), and low maintenance, our corrugated steel sheets are a reliable and cost-effective building material for modern construction projects

Our corrugated steel sheets are manufactured from high-quality galvanized steel coils or pre-painted steel coils through a fully automated roll forming production line at room temperature. The process begins with coil uncoiling; the steel strip is leveled by a leveling machine and then fed into the roll forming main unit. The forming unit consists of multiple sets of precision rollers, through which the steel strip passes successively, gradually forming the required wave or trapezoidal profile. During the forming process, precise control of each pass reduction ensures consistent wave height, pitch, and effective width. After forming, the corrugated sheets are cut to customer-specified lengths by a hydraulic shearing machine. For pre-painted corrugated sheets, special care is taken during forming and cutting to protect the surface coating from scratches. Finished products are inspected, sorted by specification, and bundled for storage. The entire production line is controlled by a PLC system, with a production speed of 15-30 meters per minute, ensuring high efficiency, stable production, excellent dimensional accuracy, and consistent wave profiles.

Our corrugated steel sheets are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery to your job site. Corrugated sheets are stacked flat in bundles, typically 10-50 sheets per bundle (depending on thickness), with kraft paper or plastic film placed between layers to prevent surface scratches and coating damage. Each bundle is secured with high-strength steel strapping or banding, typically weighing 1.5-3 tons for easy forklift handling and container loading. For pre-painted corrugated sheets, special edge protectors are added to prevent edge coating chipping. Each bundle is clearly labeled with specification, color, quantity, material grade, and customer information.
For container loading and shipping, the bundles are typically wrapped with waterproof paper or plastic film to create a moisture barrier, then loaded into standard 20-foot or 40-foot containers. A 20-foot container can typically load approximately 15-25 tons of corrugated sheets (depending on thickness and profile shape). Loading requires flat stacking to prevent bending deformation. For extra-long corrugated sheets (over 6 meters), flat rack containers or bulk vessel shipping options are available. All packaging materials comply with ISPM 15 international phytosanitary standards to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Corrugated steel sheet is one of the most widely used metal enclosure materials in the construction industry, offering lightweight, high strength, waterproof and moisture-proof properties, fast installation, aesthetic appearance, and long-lasting durability. It is widely used across various construction and engineering fields. In industrial and civil construction, it is extensively used as roofing and wall panels for factories, warehouses, logistics centers, gymnasiums, exhibition halls, supermarkets, schools, and other buildings. In the agricultural sector, it is widely used for greenhouse structures, livestock and poultry shelters, and grain storage facility enclosures. In commercial buildings, it is used for decorative exterior walls and roofs of shopping malls, gas stations, car dealerships, and sales offices.
Corrugated steel sheets are also used in temporary buildings (portable cabins, construction site hoardings, temporary warehouses) and municipal facilities (bus shelters, canopies, sunshades). In transportation infrastructure, they are used as panels for sound barriers and noise walls. With excellent weather resistance, color variety, and low comprehensive cost, corrugated steel sheets are ideal multi-purpose building materials for all types of construction projects.
