Galvanized Steel Sheet
Our galvanized steel sheets are manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled steel coils, which are produced by cold rolling hot-rolled steel strips at room temperature to achieve superior surface finish, tight dimensional tolerances, and excellent mechanical properties. The cold-rolled base material is then processed through continuous hot-dip galvanizing, where the steel strip is immersed in a molten zinc bath at approximately 450°C to form a uniform zinc coating. This zinc layer provides exceptional corrosion resistance, long service life, and an attractive appearance. Available in a wide range of thicknesses, typically from 0.4mm to 4.0mm, and widths from 600mm to 1500mm, our galvanized sheets can be supplied as full coils, cut-to-length sheets, or slit strips to meet various project requirements. Common materials include DX51D+Z, DX52D+Z, DC51D+Z, SGCC, and SPCC, complying with international standards such as ASTM, JIS, EN, and GB. With excellent formability, weldability, and corrosion resistance, our galvanized cold-rolled sheets are widely used in construction, automotive, home appliances, and general manufacturing industries.

Custom Slitting & Cut-to-Length Services
To meet diverse customer requirements, we offer professional steel slitting and cut-to-length services. Our advanced slitting lines can process galvanized coils into narrow slit strips with precise widths, typically ranging from 20mm to 600mm, by feeding the coil through a series of rotary circular blades. The slit strips are then rewound into smaller coils or cut to straight lengths for further processing. This service allows customers to order galvanized steel in custom widths without the need for in-house cutting equipment, reducing material waste and production costs. We can process thicknesses from 0.3mm to 3.0mm and widths up to 1800mm, with precision tolerances to ensure consistent quality across every batch. Whether you need full sheets, precision slit coils, or custom-cut lengths, our flexible processing capabilities ensure fast delivery and reliable supply for your production lines.

Surface Spangle Finishes for Galvanized Steel Sheet
The surface of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is characterized by a distinctive crystalline pattern known as spangle. This spangle is formed during the solidification process of the molten zinc coating, where zinc crystals nucleate and grow into snowflake-like or six-fold star patterns visible to the naked eye. The size, shape, and appearance of these spangles are primarily determined by the composition of the zinc bath and the cooling method employed during production.
Based on the spangle morphology, our galvanized steel sheets are available in three main types:
1. Regular Spangle (Normal Spangle)
Formed through natural solidification without special control measures, allowing zinc crystals to grow freely. This results in visible, distinct flower-like patterns on the surface. Regular spangle offers enhanced corrosion resistance and is suitable for general construction, unpainted applications, and exposed structural components.
2. Minimized Spangle (Small Spangle)
Produced by controlling the solidification process to restrict the growth of zinc crystals, resulting in fine, less noticeable crystalline patterns. Common techniques include lead-free/low-lead processes, water mist spraying, or zinc powder spraying. This surface provides a more uniform appearance and better paint adhesion, making it ideal for applications that require subsequent painting or coating.
3. Zero Spangle (Spangle-Free)
Achieved through specialized cooling control to create an extremely fine crystalline structure that is invisible to the naked eye. The result is a smooth, uniform matte surface. Zero spangle sheets offer excellent corrosion resistance, superior paintability, and a sleek appearance. They are widely used in automotive, home appliance, and color-coated sheet (PPGI) base plate applications.
After galvanizing, additional surface treatments such as chromate passivation, oiling, or anti-fingerprint coating can be applied to further enhance corrosion resistance and surface performance. We offer flexible spangle options to suit your specific project requirements — whether for structural use, decorative applications, or as a base for further coating.

Our galvanized steel sheets are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery to your job site. Galvanized sheets are sorted by specification, thickness, and size, with different packaging methods applied for coils and sheets. For galvanized steel coils, we adopt vertical or horizontal packaging: inner rings are fitted with protective rings to prevent deformation, while the outer layers are wrapped with rust-proof paper, plastic film, and galvanized iron sheeting, then secured with steel strapping to ensure they remain tight and moisture-free during transport and lifting. For galvanized steel sheets (cut-to-length), they are stacked flat in bundles of 10-50 sheets per bundle, with kraft paper or plastic film placed between layers to prevent surface scratches and friction damage. Each bundle is secured with high-strength steel strapping, weighing 2-5 tons for easy forklift handling and container loading. For slit strips, they are typically coiled or bundled with moisture-proof paper and plastic film protection.
For container loading and shipping, coils are usually loaded into flat rack containers, secured with wooden wedges or steel supports to prevent rolling and movement. Sheets are loaded into standard 20-foot or 40-foot containers, with a 20-foot container typically accommodating approximately 20-25 tons of galvanized steel sheets (depending on thickness and dimensions). All packaging materials comply with ISPM 15 international phytosanitary standards to ensure smooth customs clearance. We also offer custom services including anti-rust oiling, edge protection, wooden crating, and special labeling upon customer request.

Galvanized steel sheets, with their excellent corrosion resistance, good formability, and attractive appearance, are widely used across various sectors of the national economy. In the construction industry, they are extensively used for steel structure roofing, wall panels, floor decking, ventilation ducts, cable trays, and drainage systems. In the automotive industry, they are used for body outer panels, inner panels, chassis components, and fuel tanks. In the home appliance industry, they are widely used for shells and inner liners of refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, and other household appliances. In general manufacturing, they are used for electrical cabinets, distribution boxes, transportation facilities (guardrails, noise barriers), agricultural equipment (greenhouses, livestock equipment), and storage racking systems.
Galvanized steel sheets are also a common base material for pre-painted steel sheets (PPGI) and aluminum-zinc coated sheets, which can be further processed into various high-value-added products. Excellent weather resistance makes them suitable for exposed outdoor use, while good formability and weldability make them ideal blanks for a wide range of secondary processing. Whether as finished products or as intermediate processing materials, galvanized steel sheets are an essential and indispensable material in modern industry.
