During the production of galvanized steel round tube, the following steps require special attention.
1.Weld seam treatment
Polish, repair, and inspect the welds of steel pipes to remove defects and avoid leakage issues during subsequent use.
2.Galvanized treatment.
Immerse the steel pipe in molten zinc solution to attach a layer of zinc on the surface of the steel pipe, in order to improve its corrosion resistance.
3.Inspection and packaging
Conduct various quality inspections on finished steel pipes, including size, appearance, weld quality, zinc layer thickness, etc.

Each batch is tested for zinc coating weight, wall thickness, and outer diameter to ensure full compliance with ASTM A53 and BS 1387 standards. Hydrostatic testing and flattening tests are performed to guarantee structural integrity. Threads are checked with ring gauges and protected with plastic caps. Third-party inspection services such as SGS, BV, or Intertek are welcome. Inspection before loading is available upon request. We provide full mill test certificates and reliable after-sales support.
