Frame Scaffolding
Our scaffolding frame, also known as frame scaffolding or door/ladder scaffolding, is a modular steel frame system widely used in construction, decoration, and maintenance projects. We offer two main types: Walk-Through Frame and Ladder Frame. The ladder frame features a stepped structure with rungs that allow workers to climb up and down conveniently, while H frame is characterized by its “door” shaped opening, providing easy walk-through access for workers and materials. Both types are manufactured from high-quality carbon steel (Q195, Q235, or Q345), with main frame tubes typically 42mm in outer diameter and wall thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 3.0mm. Common frame dimensions include widths of 914mm or 1219mm, and heights of 1700mm, 1930mm, or 1524mm. Standard width and height combinations include 1219×1930mm, 1219×1700mm, 914×1700mm, etc. . Our frames can also be customized to meet specific project requirements

Frame Scaffolding Specifications:
For surface protection, we offer multiple finishing options to suit different working environments. Frames can be hot-dip galvanized, pre-galvanized, powder-coated, or painted in various colors (such as red, blue, orange, or custom RAL colors). Hot-dip galvanizing provides the highest level of corrosion resistance, making it ideal for long-term outdoor use and harsh environments. Painted or powder-coated finishes offer aesthetic appeal and adequate protection for indoor or less demanding applications. All our scaffolding frames are manufactured in compliance with international standards including BS1139 and EN1004, ensuring safety, reliability, and consistent quality. With simple and quick assembly, strong load-bearing capacity, and excellent stability, our frame scaffolding systems are the ideal choice for efficient and safe construction operations

Our scaffolding frames are manufactured through a carefully controlled production process to ensure consistent quality and reliable performance. The process begins with high-quality steel tubes and strips, which are first cut to precise lengths using automatic sawing machines according to design specifications. Accuracy in this cutting stage is critical, as it determines the dimensional consistency of the finished frames.
The cut components then proceed to the welding stage. Using advanced CO₂ gas shielded welding or robotic welding systems, our skilled workers join the frame tubes, rungs, braces, and other components into complete frame structures. Special attention is given to weld quality and joint strength to ensure structural integrity and safety in use. After welding, all frames undergo thorough inspection to check weld seams, dimensions, and squareness.
The final stage is surface treatment. Our frames are available with either hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating / painting finishes. For powder coating or painting, frames are first cleaned through chemical pretreatment, then coated with primer and topcoat in various RAL colors, followed by oven curing to achieve a durable, attractive finish. All products are finally inspected, bundled, and prepared for shipment.

Our scaffolding frames are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery to your job site. Frames are stacked flat in bundles of 10 to 20 pieces, with wooden strips or protective paper placed between each layer to prevent surface scratches and coating damage during transit. High-strength galvanized steel strapping is used to secure the bundles tightly, ensuring stability during handling and container loading. Each bundle is wrapped with waterproof shrink film and craft paper to provide a moisture barrier against humidity and salt spray during ocean shipping. For frames with painted or powder-coated surfaces, additional foam padding is applied to protect the coating from impact and abrasion. Clear labels are attached to each bundle indicating product specifications, quantity, and handling instructions. All packaging materials comply with ISPM 15 standards for international shipping.
Container loading is carefully planned to maximize space utilization. A standard 20-foot container can typically load approximately 120 to 250 pieces of scaffolding frames, depending on frame sizes and stacking methods. Frames are stacked flat and arranged in rows, with additional padding to prevent movement during transit. We also offer customized packaging solutions including wooden crates or pallet packing to meet specific project requirements. Whether by sea, air, or land, we ensure your scaffolding frames are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

Our scaffolding frames are versatile modular systems widely used across various construction and industrial applications. In building construction, they serve as the primary structural support for workers, materials, and equipment, providing safe working platforms at different heights for masons, painters, electricians, and other trades. In bridge construction and tunnel projects, frame scaffolding provides stable access platforms for concrete pouring, rebar installation, and inspection operations. In shipbuilding and repair yards, they offer flexible and sturdy work platforms for hull welding, surface treatment, and interior fitting work.
Beyond heavy construction, frame scaffolding is commonly used in industrial plant maintenance, power station renovations, and petrochemical facility turnarounds, where quick setup and reliable stability are essential. Ladder frames with built-in rungs allow workers to climb up and down safely, while door frames with walk-through openings enable easy passage of workers and materials, improving work efficiency. With quick assembly, strong load-bearing capacity, and excellent stability, our frame scaffolding systems are the ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor projects – from residential buildings and warehouses to large-scale infrastructure and renovation works.
