Scaffolding Steel Ladder
Our scaffolding ladder range includes two types of steel ladders designed for different working scenarios: Step Tread Ladder and Monkey Ladder. Both are manufactured from high-quality galvanized steel materials, offering durability, corrosion resistance, and reliable performance on construction sites.
The Step Tread Ladder features a sturdy design with treads made from galvanized steel strip – punched, formed, and welded for strength and anti-slip performance. The side rails are constructed from galvanized square and rectangular steel tubes, providing excellent rigidity and stability. This ladder is ideal for frequent climbing and standing work, offering comfortable step spacing and secure footing for workers at various heights.
The Monkey Ladder is a traditional straight ladder design, welded from galvanized steel tubes. Its key feature is the bent hook at the top end, allowing the ladder to be securely hung onto scaffold ledgers, beams, or other supporting structures. This hook-on design enables quick installation and removal, making it highly convenient for temporary access and maintenance tasks.
Both ladder types are available in various heights and load capacities to suit different project requirements. Their galvanized surface ensures long service life even in outdoor and humid environments. Whether for daily construction access or specialized maintenance work, our scaffolding ladders deliver safety, durability, and ease of use on every job site.

Scaffolding Monkey Ladder ↑
Our scaffolding ladders are manufactured through a complete and well-controlled production process, ensuring strong joints, precise dimensions, and long service life. The production begins with high-quality carbon steel materials in grades Q195 or Q235. Steel tubes and strips are first cut to required lengths according to design specifications. For step ladders, the treads are formed from galvanized steel strip through punching, shaping, and welding processes to create anti-slip surfaces. The side rails are fabricated from galvanized square and rectangular tubes. For monkey ladders, the vertical rails and rungs are cut from galvanized steel pipes.
The components then proceed to the welding stage. We use advanced CO₂ gas shielded welding technology to ensure strong, durable, and corrosion-resistant joints. Step ladder treads are welded to the side rails at precise intervals, while monkey ladder rungs are welded between the two vertical rails with consistent spacing. End hooks for both ladder types are welded in place using automatic or semi-automatic equipment, ensuring secure attachment. Strict quality control is applied throughout, including weld integrity inspection, dimensional checks, and surface finish verification. After welding, all ladders undergo surface treatment – either pre-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized – to provide excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life. The finished ladders are then inspected, bundled, and prepared for shipment

Our scaffolding ladders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery to your job site. Ladders are stacked in bundles of 5 to 10 pieces, with wooden strips or rubber pads placed between each layer to prevent surface scratches and coating damage during transit. High-strength galvanized steel strapping is used to secure the bundles tightly, ensuring stability during handling and container loading. Each bundle is wrapped with waterproof shrink film and craft paper to provide a moisture barrier against humidity and salt spray during ocean shipping. For ladder hooks and end sections, additional foam or plastic protectors are fitted to prevent deformation or impact damage. All packaging materials comply with ISPM 15 standards for international shipping. Container loading is carefully planned to maximize space utilization – a standard 20-foot container can typically load approximately 150 to 300 pieces depending on ladder sizes. Clear labels are attached to each bundle indicating product specifications, quantity, and handling instructions. We also offer customized packaging solutions including wooden crates or pallet packing to meet specific project requirements. Whether by sea, air, or land, we ensure your scaffolding ladders are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

Before shipment, every batch of our scaffolding ladders undergoes a comprehensive final inspection to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy. Our experienced quality control team carefully measures the overall length, width, and height of each ladder to verify they meet the specified dimensions. The tube outer diameters and wall thicknesses are checked using vernier calipers and micrometers to ensure compliance with design requirements. We also weigh sample pieces from each batch to confirm that the actual weight matches the theoretical weight, ensuring material consistency and proper construction.
In addition to dimensional checks, we carefully inspect the welding quality, ensuring all joints are smooth, uniform, and free from defects such as cracks or porosity. The hook ends are tested for proper fit and secure attachment. The surface finish is visually inspected to verify the galvanized coating is uniform and free from damage. Each ladder is also assembled and tested to ensure all parts fit together correctly and the ladder functions as intended. Only after passing all these checks are the ladders approved for packaging and shipment.
We also photograph or video record the inspection process for customer reference upon request. Detailed inspection records are maintained for each batch, providing full traceability. Our thorough pre-shipment inspection process gives you the confidence that your order will arrive exactly as expected – in perfect condition and ready for use.
